Femme Fitness helped me get back on track so I can get my shape in shape. I always put my husband kids first; I work full time and I am a full time wife, mother, cook, taxi, and caregiver for my family. I knew that by shedding the pounds could make me feel healthy and that would be my payback. Always take time for yourself.
My exercise program consist of fifteen to twenty minutes on the treadmill or stationary bike to warm up. Then I do the 30 minute express Workout. I do this routine three to four days a week, plus decreasing my calorie intake. The Express Workout is easy and fun to do. Since losing weight I always have energy and I never get sore from the Express Workout, which lets me come back without any hesitation.

After retiring last year I realized that I was in danger of becoming a "couch potato". My balance was terrible. I could barely climb a flight of stairs, and my energy level was low.
After a few weeks of Express Workout, I realized that my balance was much improved. I was able to perform my housework with more energy, and could walk 3 miles without stopping to rest.
In order to avoid boredom, I walk on  alternate days and do stretching exercises between workouts.

Femme Fitness and the Express Workout, has changed my life. I went from sitting on the couch each morning for two hours to exercising for 1 hour on the 'Circuit Workout Express', with added riding the stationary bike and free weights every other day. My body is so different now. Forty pounds gone and twenty five inches smaller; I didn't realize I was caring around with me . I feel so much more energized, (just like the bunny); ha,ha.

Since joining Femme Fitness nearly a year ago, I have surprised myself at my raised level of commitment. I try to work out five days a week and really miss it when I am unable to. If you find and exercise program that you like, then you are more likely to stick with it.

The two excuses that I used for a long time to avoid exercise was that it was painful and that I did not have time to commit to a program. My orthopedic doctor told me that regular activity/exercise would help me with my pain level and flexibility in my knees, he was right! I feel better now than I have in a long time.

The"Express Workout" was a real drawing card for me. I can be in and out in as little as 30 minutes, but I usually stay longer because I enjoy it. The time goes by so quickly because of the fast paced music and the conversation with my new friends that I have made since joining the program. i have adopted the Femme Fitness family as my own as I am trying to be a healthier, better ME.

The program at Femme Fitness is personalized in that it is designed to be as low impact as I want it to be or I can step it up at any time. I have access to a complete program of nutrition counseling and can keep a weight/measurement log. In addition to the machines, there are various pieces of exercise equipment that are available to use. It is a complete program that works well with my busy lifestyle.

I really enjoy going to workout at Femme Fitness. Not only do I get a good workout, but sometimes we even do live dancing!
It is so nice having these wonderful ladies to connect with on a daily basis. We get together and workout and talk and laugh together. Sissy Keeps her place spotless. It's always a warm and caring environment.
